KASE is Affiliated with KAE.
We believe every worker has a VOICE and deserves to be HEARD, We are their Voice.
Our members are in EVERY COUNTY of the Commonwealth.
We are the Front Line workers who serve the Citizens of the Commonwealth everyday.
We help people to help themselves so that they no longer have to be afraid.
We are creating partnerships with Employers, Legislators, and Government Administrators to develop fair and equitable solutions to the ongoing economic crisis being faced by EVERYONE in the Commonwealth.
What we are all about:
Critical to defining workers’ rights as human rights is:
1. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
2. Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
3. Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration including having a protected retirement to ensure for himself/herself an his/her family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
4. Everyone has the right to form and to join employee organizations/labor organizations for the protection of his and/or her interests so that their voices maybe heard.
